Richard Kline, "The Staging Guy" will be our presenter at this meeting.  (Please note the early meeting date for the month to accommodate the holiday)

Richard Kline, The Staging Guy, is Austin’s only Stager to achieve the Master level in the Staging industry and is also Austin’s only full-service Staging company. Richard has built a successful property Staging company that has been in operation for 6 years. Richard was selected by his peers as Stager of the Year for the Central United States in 2015, has been elected 4 times as President of the Austin Chapter of Home Staging Professionals, mentors new Stagers in setting up their businesses, and has been in leadership roles within the Austin Board of Realtors for 4 years. Since inception, The Staging Guy team have Staged over 2,000,000 square feet (approximately $125 million dollars worth of of Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

As a courtesy to our hosting establishment, we suggest that all attendees purchase a beverage or food. Guests are welcome to attend at a cost of $25.00 per meeting (optional meal at guest expense).
