Casey Moore Bio

Casey works one-to-one with individuals. She also partners with small to medium businesses to be their coach, group trainer, systems consultant and internal brand ambassador.

Her quick credentials for NAPO members: She joined NAPO in 2000 as a generalist, focused exclusively on productivity training in 2005, became a CPO in 2007, a Certified Organizer Coach in 2011, a Professional Certified Coach in 2015 and coaching instructor at Coach Approach Training soon after. 

Casey has served on the board of NAPO Richmond in many capacities, was NAPO national’s Education Chair for years and served on NAPO’s Board of Directors and BCPO’s Board of Directors from 2016 to 2018.

She created an original model of productivity, The Productivity Chain, and is on a mission to transform how service providers create accountability for clients. She’s written a book, The Productivity Chain: The Holistic Way to Spend Your Time on What Matters and co-wrote the ebook Curious Accountability: Three Conversations for Better Client Results.
