Chapter Meeting Topic: Round Table discussion on Setting Boundaries And Managing Expectations With Clients

Have you wondered if some clients might not be a good fit for your business? Have you been on the phone or on onsite with a potential client, and gotten some red flags?

We follow the NAPO Code of Ethics, which means that we keep our clients' names and identity anonymous and confidential. But while keeping specific names and details out of it, we can learn a lot from each other about our experiences with our clients!

Come participate in a roundtable discussion about client situations, red flags to watch out for, and how to best manage client expectations.

As a courtesy to our hosting establishment, we suggest that all attendees purchase a beverage or food. Guests are welcome to attend at a cost of $25.00 per meeting (optional meal at guest expense).
